Derivatives

The team has expertise to advise and assist on differing financial products and services including the drafting, preparation and negotiation of derivatives documentation such as the following:

• We have advised China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Berhad in respect of derivatives transaction to be entered into under the ISDA Master Agreement 2000 with the following counterparties: (1) CIMB Bank Berhad, (2) Public Bank Berhad, (3) Malayan Banking Berhad, (4) Hong Leong Bank Berhad, and (5) RHB Bank Berhad.
• We have advised Genting Malaysia Berhad in respect of derivatives transaction to be entered into under the ISDA Master Agreement 2000 with the following counterparties: (1) Citibank Malaysia Berhad, (2) Malayan Banking Berhad, and (3) OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.
• We have acted for National Bank of Abu Dhabi Malaysia Berhad in respect of the Restricted Committed Liquidity Facility with Bank Negara Malaysia utilising a repurchase transaction structure under the TBMA/ISMA GMRA documentation.
